Or...they could just put their dog on a higher quality food that makes the poop less runny? D: ~

Even on a good quality food, runny poop happens, and sometimes it is a pain to pick up. Especially form pavements like the ones we have here, made up of cubes of limestone hammered together in patterns (the typical Calçada Portuguesa)
I thing I find this thing more useful and practical than the baggy attached to the dog's butt.

That's just air in a can reversed, many electronic making companies use it for something or other. Tom brought some home to play with and that stuff is really cold. It's great when some people find another use for something that already exists, and decides to re-market it under that new use.

    LOL, that is funny!

I have a can of poop freeze. I have never used it though. My Dad bought it for me for Christmas one year because he thought it was too funny to pass up.

You have to test it out Brandon and give us an official product review!

Beth - I didn't think of that. You might have a point! I use that stuff every so often. It's kind of expensive around here though.
It's used to clean dust particles on circuit boards, since used correctly it's a pretty powerful jet of cold air, and very dry.

I admit to not picking up runny poops.

Heidi I don't think too many people need to worry about walking through the poop your dogs leave behind out on the farm.

We actually carry a bottle of soapy water with us on walks in case of the runs...that way we just wash it away instead of picking it up.
  • edited November -1
Hahaha. Never thought about washing poop away with a bottle.

It works I tell you! I use one of those resuseable water bottle with the pop top sport cap. That way I can just jet a stream of water onto the runny poo and wash it away. I also add a drop of antibacterial soap.

I like the soap idea...whenever we had to deal with runny poop, we would grab a bottle water or hose and thin the poop down so it would not stick to shoes or stink. I like the way you do it Kristin, it's better and more thoughtful

You just have to remember which bottle is your soapy water so you don't drink it! (yes, it's happened!)

haha. wow. all of these threads are useful/hilarious. it's almost getting to the point where we need a poo subthread :P

LOL,We can use Brad's Barrel of Poo as the opener

And I thought I looked foolish carrying a little bag of poo around with me for part of Tosca's walk. I can just see myself tottling around with a bag of flash frozen poo and a can of compressed air.

I second the need for a Poo thread. We certainly do discuss it enough.

maybe instead of poo thread it can be all sorts of potty issues, that way any dog poo/pee issues can go there, that'd be useful.
