Introducing my furry friends [spam]
I normally just snoop around and read the threads ... creeper status.
However, since I just added some pictures to photobucket, I figured I'd introduce my furry friends.
Kaori is currently 11 months old and Baki (my half mini) is almost 4 years old now.

KAORI:
At about 8 or 9 weeks ...(please ignore the ogre's dangling legs in the second picture)
First time I put a t-shirt on her and she was just not excited about it at all.
This is also about the age ppl were certain she was a mini German Shepard. 0_o ..err
About to let out one of her Banshee sonic screams ...
At about 7 months ...
03/24/2012 at 9 months ... she loves to get her stomach rubbed =]
Not a true sesame, but I love her tons and wouldn't trade her for anything in the world... well, maybe for a kuro goma Shikoku ... haha jk (I'm glad she can't read)
Almost done blowing her coat (11 months - 05/13/2012) ...

HANMA, BAKI:
A few days after I first got him (July 2011 -- approx. 3 years old)
"Is that a husky puppy?" ....
"Are you sure it isn't a husky?" =/
"Must be a domesticated coyote ..." 0_o
"Shi... what?" (poor Baki's exhausted by all the interruptions during his walk)
*light bulb* What if... he is no longer a dog, but rather a DUCK! ... brilliant!!
He was definitely not as excited as I was with the idea ...

At the park ...

And, I just had to add a picture of their dear friend Meeah!! at a Shiba pack walk...

Ha, those comments... I got a family with young girls talking, loudly, about the "fox" in the fed store. "Look, it's a fox!" "See the fox?" "But it's got a curly tail." "No, it's a fox!" They finally ask me what it is... I get this: O_O "What's a Shiba Inu?"
can I ask what do you mean by "half-mini?" I mean, I see that he's the older dog and is much smaller than Kaori...do you mean he's half shiba, half mini-something? ( Is this something I should not be asking? )
I've actually had people try to convince me that I have huskies. (-_-)
@WrylyBrindle - I've just gotten used to explaining the size difference between Baki and Kaori by simply saying he is a "half-mini" since one of Baki's parents is a mame. Now that Shiba looks like a Catalina Island Fox.
When I visited the breeder, I was drawn to Baki...and since there was no "need" for him, the breeder agreed to re-home him.
Kaori is just under 20lbs and Baki is 13lbs. They were closer in size when she was 4 months
My girl likes to cuddle with me in 30 second intervals
However, she gets extremely fidgety if a stranger wants to pet other than her head.
