To all Shiba Inu enthusiasts with great sadness I learned the passing of Jane Vanderpool - Shiba's Nest Kennel .. Jane was one of the firsts to import the breed into the United States. I was lucky to have met Jane back in 1989 and to have shown some of her dogs. To learn about the Shiba breed and to meet some other greats of the breed Leslie Engin (sp) Laura Perkinson...
