Koda's Thread (Pics 12.27)
Koda is truly an amazing dog. He is so well behaved. I always say that he was born a two year old. He's so serious about minding his manners, as well as very sensitive to others. He really is just a good dog, and I try not to take that for granted.
Koda is also really handsome in his adulthood. He usually gets compliments wherever we go on his good looks and charm. I don't brag about him and his accomplishments as much as I should.
Here's some pics of "The Prince". I had to tie them up to get shots of them still, so these are a bit redundant.
This is how high up the snow mound that they are on is. That lamp is a little over 10 feet tall.
Favorite pose
"Yes mom I was humping Mei. She's not really my sister you know."

Koda sounds like the perfect Kai.
I do think Koda is perfect. I honestly couldn't ask for an easier dog to have in the home. I could live with 20 of him no problem. (If I had the room.)
I LOVE all of that snow. We have gotten a lot this year, so far, but it has been in small bursts... a few inches here, a few inches there... But the girls love it, so whatever amount we get is great! But they would be so jealous of Koda and Mei Mei with all of those 10 feet mounds of snow!
He is great with being out though. He's very social, and has learned that humans will give him positive rewards, ie belly or butt rubs, if he leans up against them. Go on a walk with him, and he'll be your best friend for life.
@okiron lol I kind've thought you knew where I lived. Koda's registered on the NAKA website as being in Walnut Creek anyways. It's pretty public knowledge. I do get emails from people who want to meet him. So far no psychos. lol.
We actually met a nice couple that have two Shibas a couple of weeks ago who emailed me. Very nice, but I think the wife was more into switching to Kais than the husband was.
He fits that snow perfectly
