So, Derek (Ayako) and I got to meet up this morning at a local park and here are some pics! I think Ryu's got a little girlfriend :-)
** Next time, I have to remember to e-mail diggah (Mochi and Koda) - I can't believe I forgot!!!**

Yep I think he is :-) Derek and I kept laughing because after awhile, Ryu just gave up and let Aya mount him lol he just sat there like he could care less!

Thanks Brad! A funny story - there were playing like that and all of sudden, Derek notices that Ryu has blood on this neck and legs. So he picks up Aya and I'm running my hands all over Ryu trying to find any scratches or cuts and Derek's checking Aya. We found nothing! Turns out little Aya lost one of her canine teeth in all the rough play :-D

Hahaha. That's a funny story. One of the kids in my neighborhood was playing with a neighborhood dog which lost a canine in the toy the kid was playing with. The poor girl started balling her eyes out thinking she had hurt the dog. :-(

Anyway, those pics are great! And the video is awesome. :-) Looks like they played really really nice!

No worries, yesterday was a "honey-dew" day anyway (good news was I got Kamehameha Day off, bad news was the house really needs painting).

Where did you find the fenced in park? It looked really nice. Maybe you can do the meet up there (if it isn't over-run with rug rats, which may be too much to ask for on a Saturday).

Koda would be a happy camper in the middle of the dog pile. Moach has been a bit alpha-ish lately and is spending a bit of his play time on a short lease these days.

So sorry about that! I thought I e-mailed you but then realized at the last second that I actually forgot to... anyway, we ended up meeting up at the new Moanalua dog park (by the NEX) but we weren't "technically" supposed to be there :-) It's owned by Forest City and is only open to FC residents who live there in Navy housing. But, it's the only park that I know of that would be empty (since all the FC residents are Navy and therefore had to work on Kam Day) so I thought it would be a good intro spot for them. It's so hard to find fenced-in areas so we're really going to need to brainstorm for some meet-up spots :-) I figured we could do our second meetup at the human society park since it's pretty central and well-known. I'll forward you the e-mails from meetup.com about the upcoming meeting.

Pam - Thank you again for suggesting this park. Aya loved her playdate and was smiles all day long. She slept during the ride home and was mellow for the rest of the day, which is always a GOOD thing.
