LOL, that is funny! Miso had a ball that when it hit the ground it would light up and make all sorts of crazy noises. It went into the trash after 2 days while he wasn't looking, I couldn't take it anymore!
I was really worried about the electronic part (step-mom is a little dog clueless) so it is kept in my office. But not for long, because I'm going crazy!
Probably the same reason that I gave my brothers' kids toys that make an ungodly amount of noise...because I could (it wasn't going to be in my house).
It's a little eerie that your step-mom gave a dog a chew toy that makes a keening sound when thrown around. I give you no more than 2 days before you toss it or donate it to a shelter:p
When we first got Bella, we received a stuffed frog that when squeezed makes an electronic ribbet noise. Well, that lasted about 2 days before she dropped it in her water bowl... No more ribbet.
My future mother-in-law once bought Mookie this hard plastic ball that lit up and made some crazy noises (it might have been the same one that Miso had). Needless to say, that toy was immediately donated. Hard plastic toys and wood floors do not make for happy times. Or happy neighbors either. :)
Hehe. Pam, you've got Ryu playing with it documented so grandma can be happy. Now you can file it in the circular file and never have to deal with it again. :-)
Exactly the reason for the video Dave hehe. Truly, he doesn't even care for it. Just when I'm really busy and not playing with him, he throws it around to annoy me
Ugh, sorry. Gotta love those grandparents ;-) ...However, that little toy is just a little eerier than normal I think. It shouldn't get to keen and jump around on its own. (It sort of reminds me of what happens when an animal plays with its prey instead of making a clean kill.) Agree with Dave - "Now you can file it in the circular file and never have to deal with it again. :-)"

I'm not a fan of toys with speakers/electronics in them. Nemo likes to rip them out and attempt to chew them up.
I'm with Brandon, I can't do electronic toys, because either I will kill them or they will kill my dogs!
