We're all fasting today.. keepin' it low key and getting some spam together.

    I would be in an awful mood if I ever fasted. I get really grumpy when I'm hungry.

    Do you do a complete fast or do you supplement with fruit juice?

    we actually started fasting 4 years ago and I really enjoy how I feel because of it. Although, when we live in a town that is the self proclaimed "Pizza Capitol", walking outside & smelling all the pizza makes me crabby on fasting days...
    in the summer we just supplement with our regular vitamin regimen and only fast for two days at a time, in the winter we fast for a week and supplement with certain fruit juices.

    Yogi Teas makes a great fasting tea - you should check it out.

    I'm with Brandon, I am super grumpy without food. My wife fasts every now and then tho.

    I don't know how you guys do it haha You know, we [ muslims ] fast for 30 days [ not consecutively, just from dawn til dusk ] out of the year, but it's sort of "mandatory." I just have a lot of respect for you guys doing it of your own will! Much kudos to you :)~
