I promise she fell on her own... kinda looks like the leash is tight, but it wasn't - I was too busy laughing :o)

    What is the "NO" in red paint for? Or does it say "ON"?

    Lol I think it's part of a much longer word - it looks like they're starting to do construction on some of the sidewalks and streets around us since there are streamer/posts and spray paint everywhere.

    Hopefully this doesn't affect our walk route - she's finally starting to act like she enjoys parts of it.
