Possible Kishu/San Diego Humane Society

There is a possible Kishu up for adoption at the San Diego Humane Society. A volunteer visited him and said that not only is he beautiful but he is a real sweetheart.

    I wish there was a picture next to a person so we could get a real size perspective. It says he's large, but what are they perceiving as large?

    Could he be an Akita/Shiba Mix?

    He kind of looks like a Kishu...but his face isn't as...uh..."masculine" as most Kishu pictures I've seen.

    Regardless, he's a very pretty boy :)~

    I almost thought white Shikoku, but the head shape isn't quite right. It does say he weighs 42 lbs, so he would be pretty large to be a Shiba cross.

    I am with Kris, I would lean towards Kishu
