Furminator!

I thought this was already posted, but I can't seem to find the thread anywhere, so I'll ask anyway :o)

We just got a furminator for Keiko and I was wondering how often you should/shouldn't use it.

BTW - We got it from Amazon for only $25 and free shipping... best deal ever.

    I would only use it once per coat blowing [approximately twice a year] - it can be rough on a dogs skin if you over use it.

    We use it when blowing is killin us. DONT overuse it. Our dogs have gone bald from Chad! Hair will always come out so use good judgment.

    Thanks! I knew there was some advice about it I wasn't remembering - we got it because it seems as though Keiko is starting to blow her coat ... maybe cuz of the weather change... or maybe she's losing the puppy one.
