The company was featured in Whole Dog Journal's article about green tripe (it was recent, last couple months probably).
They are going to be featured on Discovery Channel's "Dirty Jobs" on October 28, 2008.
I'd love to watch it, I don't have cable, but maybe some parts will be online?!
