I listen to an online version of a police scanner. (yeah, I have no life.) And I just heard that there was a bank robbery in progress! (Centerburg, Ohio) They had to lock down the local schools because the guy was on the run. I just think it's crazy! I mean, I know there is crime in small town america......but not in MY little town! lol

(Sorry this isn't dog related. Unless maybe they use K=9 to track him! lol)

This is what came across the scanner...........
C/50---bank robbery just happened at First Knox in Centerburg. Looking for male subject in dark hooded sweatshirt left on foot. Subject had small black handgun.

P.S. ~ If YOU have no life, you could always google and see if YOUR town is linked up to a scanner! Most of Ohio is covered. Makes the day go by faster when you hear all the local "happenings"! lol

LOL! Yay! My husband makes fun of me all the time for listening to it. But when you hear stuff like a BANK ROBBERY IN PROGRESS.......how can you NOT be interested.

The site I listen to is www.scanmiamivalley.com. They cover MANY different areas. Check it out and see if there's a scanner for your area. lol

I haven't heard any update on the bank robbery yet......I'm sure they took off and headed towards the big city. (Columbus) I wonder if the guy made off with big money? And I hope they catch him and get EVERY PENNY back!

Unfortunately it seems that robberies are getting progressively more common as our economy continues to decay
