Combine the salmon and egg in a blender; mix until smooth. Add the oatmeal and blend well. Roll lightly in flour (as stick prevention) and on a 9-by-13inch pan and spread the mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Cool, then cut into bite-sized squares. Store in the freezer.
