Kong?
Has anyone used kongs as meal replacements, house training, chew control? I read Ian Dunbar's book "Before & After Getting Your Puppy" he mentions using a Kong for just about everything, sounds intrguing.
I was wondering what size you guys would suggest for a puppy (they have kongs just for pups) and an adult?

Busy buddy-Kibble nibble holds a full meal.
Busy buddy-waggles/chuckle hold a few treats each end. Dogs love them.
Buster cube-a little harder to get the hang of but this toy is more challenging overall, it's loud but will hold a complete meal or 2. The dogs are insane for it.
Tricky Treats Ball by Omega Paw-Holds several meals. Dogs really like it. One thing that bothered me: it only had one hole so I drilled a little suction release hole on the other end to keep the dog from getting their tongue stuck inside. The company may have solved this since I purchased my toy 2 years ago, but I drilled a hole in the other end just in case.
The Atomic Treat Ball by Our Pets-Holds a large meal and has a small hole to prevent suction. Dogs like it.
Anyways, sorry for the mini review. Are you using these to slow your dog's feeding down or give them a puzzle to have fun with or just a treat?
1. recreation so I can get something important done
2. help with separation anxiety/crate training
we feed meals out of bowls but I know of a few people who feed meals in busy buddy type things.
Actually, for our adult shibas we have the 'extreme' black kong with the dalmation on the packaging.
Sasuke likes the pink kong. When I put peanut butter or something inside, he just licks it
