In the famous words of Lucy Brown: "Ewww --- dog germs! Ahhhhhh!" (Sorry -- just can't quite get over it! --- Perhaps I need the "Lucy shrink" -- LOL) Thanks for sharing the pics! Everyone's very cute, as LJ just said! Especially love the last pic --- adorable! Now that's what doggie dreams are made of, especially those in need of rescue!
This morning I was watching a movie that made me cry. I came down stairs and basically had my face violated by Miko as she attempted to clean off any remnants of tears.
Miko has also decided that the spindles of my railing deserve her undivided attention. I wrapped each spindle in tin foil to dissuade her attention. That worked for a while. Then she saw one of my cats peel some off. She has taken to meticulously peeling the foil, then chewing the spindles. I tried rubbing a little vinegar on them. NOPE. She likes vinegar. I tried a little cayenne pepper. She licked it off (sneezing but seemed to LIKE it). I am now considering putting PVC tubing around each spindle each spins and she can't do any more damage.
Piglet has chewed 2 things EVER. One pair of knitting needles (which I really can't blame her, they are allowed to chew on wood sticks...), and a remote control. Other than that she has been wonderful with destructiveness. I am sure I have just summoned some bad mojo now!
But really Piglet is great about that. She has other issues of course (like really wanting to eat my cat Jasmine). But what are you gonna do?
I can't really get too mad at either one. They are so good in so many other ways.
