We
are in urgent need of help from one of you dog-savvy members out there.
Casper is one of our rescue dogs who was surrendered back to us
Saturday after 9 months with her New England adopter. This once-docile,
mellow, laid back young dog is now fearful, anxious, spooked and
hand-shy. We aren’t sure what happened in her foster home, but she has
been through something very scary.
I'm confident that
Casper will once again be okay, but it will take her awhile to recover
from her ordeal. She'll need a family that can help her learn to trust
again.
But right now, Casper's new foster mom in CT is
very uncomfortable with a big, fearful dog in her house and needs
Casper to leave asap. Her dogs are small and she's just unaccustomed to
such a large dog and one that's so scared.
We are desperate for a safe home for Casper. Even if just an interim place until something else can be found.
If you can help, please call me.
