And wow, that is a lot of rain.

    Very cute.

I love Roxy's lazy sit. It adds to the look of "I've been waiting a really long time already, Mom. This is getting tiring!"

And inevitably, with 4 people in the house, someone forgets that it's muddy outside and lets the little monster outside. Only for her to roll around the mud and come scratching at the door to track all that lovely mess all over our floor and furniture :)

That is why Nola is only let out in the rain on a leash. Makes for less mess. :)

Patrice, thanks!! Since we switched her to the new rotation (Orijen, Wellness and Evo), her coat has been stunning. Super soft and very shiny. The cutest part is she's getting very "tan" on her belly.

Aww. I like the first picture. My cat used to do that too... she loves to eat chicken. I like your place mats too!

Thanks Kristen! - We've had those place mats since we got married 4 years ago but never really had a dining room table. Last fall, my fantastic hubby built my dream table - it seats eight!

Nice! I would love to have those chairs too!!!

    Target baby!!! :D

Haha - I really need to get chair covers though... as we all can see how the dogs like to use them too :)

So cute! I love that first shot.

Tell Tim he did a fantastic job.

I would like to hire Tim to build me a table. :0)

I love Roxy and Ryu spam.

Awe...Ryu is just such a cutie!
    LOVE the table.

haha. Yep - he's a cutie - at the present moment, he's lying down next to me obsessively licking my sock. :)

Thanks - I love that table. We're a team - he picks the wood and builds the furniture, I sand/stain/varnish the final piece. :)

I'm thinking you guys need to get to Bragg, so I can get Tim to build me a table....or a desk...

    wow Roxy is getting big!
  • edited November -1
Both Ryu and Roxy are wonderful looking shiba inu I really like Ryu's picture so cute and your table looks nice.

Did Tim turn the legs too or buy stock ones? Nice looking table.

Ryu sitting in a chair is pretty funny.

Ahhh... yea target is a great store! We have a leather couch, but our cat has scratched it a few times so no leather chairs for us :-( but one day in the future maybe....

    I'm so late for this.
Ryu sitting at the table is so funny :-) and I love Roxy's expression by the door. She reeeealy wants to go out!
What a cute couple they make!

Tell Tim he did an impressive job on the table.

Cute pics Pam! I never noticed that Roxy has one white sock! I love Ryu's face at the table. He looks like such a bear!

hehe - yep! The rescue was calling her "Southpaw" before we adopted her. I called her "Jackson" for the longest time until Tim told me to stop LOL

Brandon - those are stock legs - they're actually butcher table legs but he modified the bottoms for me. One day, he'll have a complete workshop to make table legs but for the time being, he has to make do with our tiny garage full of random tools LOL

I didn't think the army would be happy about moving a wood lathe around every time you wanted to go somewhere. Building a workshop full of tools takes a lifetime.

    They are so handsome/pretty respectively.

Very true :) Most of the movers we get usually give us hell for all the solid wood furniture they have to move. It doesn't help that everything is built into one piece so they can't just take it apart LOL Oh well!

Thanks Lindsay! I had to laugh yesterday during our walk because of their different personalities. I personally think that Ryu is a manly looking Shiba - something about his face shape and Roxy is so dainty that it's obvious that she's female. However, Ryu is a TOTAL prissy pup! On our walk, he stuck to the paved trail whereas Roxy just plowed through any mud puddle she could find. Those two are somethin' else, I tell ya!

    Just like Miso and Sake!

It doesn't help that you both are brunettes with ~shoulder length hair either! :P I won't lie, initially I had trouble figuring out which was which. The 2nd dogs (Sake and Roxy) helped me better discriminate between you two since your male reds look and behave so similarly!
