    i have never heard of a tea cup either but, you know how the people at the dog parks know everything about every breed. toru is just small oh well it happens she growing just slowly.

    "tea cup" is used to describe extra tiny chihuahuas. Apparently people seem to think it's applicable as a cross-breed description.

    Tea Cups are essentially runts bred to runts bred to runts. Seen them in lots of breeds, including poodles. :( ~
