  • Holy crap, it's a Kai invasion! :-)

So what's Kona's deal? He seems pretty intent on keeping a very close eye on the new pups.
  • OMG, look at all the puppiez:D
  • Too much fun! :o)
  • Not just Kai Army, but overload of cuteness from the pups and from Kaiju!!
  • Kona has always been the "puppy referee", that's his self-appointed position here on the ranch.
  • That was adorable!

It is official... When I die, I want to be reincarnated as one of Brad and Jen's dogs. They look like they have so much fun! :)
  • very cute! The Kai army is looking really nice.
  • I am so envious of your ranch!! I wish I could have (or realistically, handle, LOL) more than 2 or 3 dogs. Your pack is amazing!

    Jen
  • You know I adore the Kai army!

    Ok breakdown from me

Kumi is amazingly pretty and flirty. She's got a great personality on her. I can't imagine anyone not meeting her and falling in love.

Ayu, again beautiful and with the same loving personality as Kumi.

Nio is handsome. He's a stud.

Chibi that little girl is too cute. I like her noises she makes, and ofcourse she became one of my fav's when she let me just hold her and cuddle.

Ritsu is Ritsu. He's an adorable puppy. I can't wait to see how he grows up. You may have a Koda size Kai on your hands, well maybe not that big.

Kona is still the all time stud! He is as handsome and masculine in person as he is on videos.

This is an exciting time for the Kai community. These pups are our future. Thank you Brad and Jen for all of your hard work and patience in getting them over here.
  • Thank YOU Tara! :o)
  • I love the videos, and it is very exciting! Tara's right...what an amazing thing for the Kai community in the US!

I wanted to follow the puppy breakdown but I don't know which is which--I need Kai trading cards or something!

(And it just makes me laugh to see how much your big CO boy reminds me of my big Akita boy...even in behavior! There's something a little odd about that!)
  • Your pack is looking good! That Caucasian altered my opinion from this breed totally.
  • Kai heaven right there.
  • @MirkaM - Did you see these videos? http://www.bradanderson.org/blog/?p=122
They will probably change your opinion on the CO even more:
  • I have seen COs only couple of and I know I shoudn't judge any breed just from one individual. This dog's owner used his dogs as his ego's extension. And this CO was really angry! It tryid to kill Ife couple of times but luckily it never get so far.

Luckily there is people like you Brad who share these videos and show the other side of them :).
  • I met Brad's CO's and I was really amazed at how social Naum and Kodi are. Even Masha with her pups only 15 feet away in the next room was very calm and watchful of us.

I had a lot of fun with Naum and Koda, and I was really prepared for scary dogs. They really are just goofy and lovable when not guarding.

These are dogs that I would never have considered owning, but IF I ever had the home for them, I probably would look into adding one or two to the family.
  • I love those videos! Naum and Koda are so friendly and sweet--and BIG! If i ever had my fantasy farm with goats, I'd get CO's!
  • The COs always steal that show.
  • The only thing is, since the only CO's I have seen/interacted with are Brad's - I will be doomed if I meet a mean one! They just seem like these big loving dogs to me. I even had a hard time being scared of Luytiy!
  • The Kai pups first snow (Kumi's first real snow too)...

    ----
  • Man, puppiez make me MELT!
  • Looks like a lot of fun! We got about 4 inches of snow this week, and the girls loved it!

  • I love watching dogs play in the snow!
  • Oh man I'm jealous. I can't wait to get the dogs up to Tahoe this week.
  • Holy, Ritsu and Kaiju bffs! They are so fricken cute together! licking snow off each other's faces! Ayu is silly! she is so precious (as are all the other Kais!)
