Like Brad, I only drink water + 1 cup of espresso and 1 cup of tea per day. I hate most sodas too. Don't like the carbonation, don't like the syrup. Ick. I do have the extremely occasional Mountain Dew, Sprite or Root Beer, but I only have a few sips. Can't even drink a teeny 4 oz can of soda.

Not too fond of fruit juice. I find it too sweet.  Though I recently been drinking V8 Fusion. Sweet, but good for you.

    As for vitamins...I take a woman's one a day, a probiotic, and omega 3.

I absolutely LOVE SODA! Especially COKE and DR. PEPPER!  It's so bad...I drink at least 1 can of soda a day, sometimes more.  I rarely drink water, i only drink it at night after I've already brushed my teeth.  I always have soda and orange juice in my fridge.  i usually get the to-go tropicana w/ vitamin D orange juice cartons.  For the past month i have been drinking a Starbucks Grande Coffee or Mocha Frappuccino with Whipped Cream every morning.  Im really bad about eating healthy.  Ever since i moved out, it kind of just got out of control.  I've tried to quit drinking soda, but it only last like a month and then I start up again.  Im horrible.

I'm not one to eat healthy. Everything I typed out is as healthy as I get lmao. I'll start eating healthier now that we have our own kitchen and don't need to eat out for every meal but don't expect me to go all hardcore healthy in this life time :P

Jen and I are kinda vitamin freaks... I think we may have reached the crazy point.

    I take a men's multivitamin, Fish oil, CoQ10, Cranberry, Vitamin C, MSM + Glucosamine & Chondroitin, a calcium supplement, and a pro-biotic.

I also eat at least 25 grams of non-soluble fiber a day, and 12 grams of soluble fiber. At one point I was suffering from some pretty extreme GI issues... no doc could figure out my issues they thought it was Diverticulitis, I upped my fiber intake to what it is now and have not had an issue again (3 years now).

Oh, yeah. I forgot about the fiber. I put some in my coffee every morning. I don't realize I'm taking it.

Romi! Wow, that's alot of drinking. Tho, I don't think 1 can of soda is terrible. Kurt used to have like 6 cans of soda a day. So bad. I used to drink a White Choc Mocha from Starbucks daily....then I found out a grande is like 400 calories!!!! I also used to drink Jamba Juice everyday....also 400+ calories for a medium.

My nails have been super brittle lately. I think it's because I take such super long showers, I heard biotin worked great for that. I'm also going to start taking extra calcium because I work out so much and I take a boxing class regularly.

Here's a great secret...when you're starting to feel sick, take a cocktail of B-12, Vitamin C and Zinc. Works wonders!!!

Starbucks drinks are awful for you.  Some of them, you might as well go get a big mac instead.  I drink tea everyday, though it is usually black tea.  I used to drink 1 soda a day, now I drink water instead.  I love soda though, so I have one every now and then, usually with booze.  I'm always amazed by the garbage some people eat and drink everyday.  I know people who drink a 12 pack of Coke everyday.  It's just insane.

Brad if you are into vitamins and such, you should check out Standard Process.  I use some of their products for my GI issues.

I also get them for free, so hooray for hookups.

Ditto on the crappiness of starbucks. They are terrible for you. Even their basic coffee products have insanely high caffeine levels. These numbers are to the best of my recollection since I don't have the article I read a few years ago....

Standard cup of coffee (8oz): 40 mg of caffeine

Starbucks tall coffee: 130 mg of caffeine

Starbucks venti coffee: 370 mg of caffeine

Recommended daily caffeine intake: 80 mg

Starbucks intentionally makes their coffee incredibly high on caffeine because it causes people to crave Starbucks for a fix once they get started and a regular cup of coffee just won't cut it.

    Starbucks <3

But I could only handle so much of it. And so expensive. I rather buy some treats or a toy for the cats.

Thanx for the link Brandon! I'll mos def check it out.

I hate coffee... I like Coffee ice cream tho, I just don't like drinking it. If you need a caffeine jolt but don't like caffeine try Yerba Mate - wakes you up w/o the jitters.

Coffee Ice Cream. ROCKS. Have loved it since I was a kid. Breyer's is the best and Edy's Espresso Chip is pretty damn excellent too.
