Need help.
So Hana my black lab was extremely sick earlier this year as most know. Well after her recovery, I noticed that her behavior is getting out of control. She has becme extremely hard to handle and it seems like she has forgotten her manners. Here are a few things she does now that she did not do before.
First off she baks quite a bit more, she also has tons of energy even when going out hunting and going on walks, and she constantly jumps on our back window. I have tried every thing I can and I dont understand what caused this behavior. Although when she is out hunting she is absolutely fine. She listens and does exactly what I expect her to do. Its just when we get home its completely different. I ont know where all this hyper energy caeme from.
Anyone ever heard any thing like this or have any advice?

Basically; anything that a sensitive sniffer or a great set of ears might pick up on is a possible trigger, trick is to find it.
Has anything in the environment changed? A new noise; ie, Electric RC, Train in the distance, Neighbour dog whining, Kids with a dog whistle, etc? Depending on the timing and consistency could be utility workers; ie, new postal person, meter reader, etc. A new smell; different laundry detergent, fabric softener, etc. A new addition to the clan; two or four legged? A new toy, collar, etc.
Nearly everything we purchase has been treated with something; so anything new added to the shopping lists may also be suspect.
Is there any commonality when she acts up; ie, Specific time of day, Before/During/After unusual wind or weather, Same person(s) in the area (even if fine in the past), Playing with a given toy, Before/After excercise, etc.
You mentioned the back window; any change to blinds/curtains/drapes, or even what you use to clean the windows?
Sorry for the lengthy post; trying to give you some ideas on what to look for, there is inevitably going to be something.

I don't know for your specific tick-born illness, but with Lyme disease, a relapse is thought to be linked to aggression.
