Akita on craigslist (SC)

I regularly go on Craigslist because I'm a glutton for punishment... as I was going through tonight found an ad up for an Akita by me (near Charleston, SC). Wondering if there is a rescue I could perhaps point the person towards? Just thought it wouldn't hurt to point them in the right direction.
