Does anyone have info on exporting a puppy

Hi, i have a female akita inu and am looking for a male of the same breed in about a year. I live in the UK have been researching breeders for a few months and often come across people who have had their dog imported from japan and when i have tryed to research this i have found the sites are mainly in japanese and so i can not find alot of information on this. I was wondering if anyone here has had their JA imported if so how they contacted the breeder and the procedure on get thing the puppy sent to them.
