Dog Fancy Shiba Inu article
My co-worker dug up a Dog Fancy magazine from May 1999 (She's an even bigger nut than I am) and the feature dog was the Shiba Inu. This is what the article said at the end:
"The Shiba will own you-you won't own it. When you own a Shiba, you get down on your knees and pray to it, then it will do anything you want."
