I think that makes sense maybe I can save on some toys and just give nanooks toys (some) to the new puppy since he only plays with certain ones.I just want to be extra prepared XD
I bought Shelby a few chew toys (rope, bones, etc) and one new stuffed toy to sleep with (got her a new bed and blanket too) but I have more toys for the other two dogs than they would ever need. Shelby didn't mind in the least that the toys were "used". She likes the cat toys too
Lol my dog demolished my cats toys and I seen safari products had manh great reviews im gonna look at their products at home I cant wait to see nanooks reaction when our pup comes home. Im sure she wouldnt mind a few stuffing free toys lol thanks to nanook XD when we first bought nanook home bella wasnt too fond of him lol
Mya was happy to meet Shelby, but they had turf wars for about a week. Now they play together like the best of friends. Jefferson the cat loves messing with Shelby and she plays with him really well. She could hurt him if she wanted to, but she is always super gentle with him. I got some cheap stuffing free toys at Petsmart. And safari brand products hold up really well. They get chewed up and dropped pretty often at work and I haven't had to replace anything in over 3 years. I use their Combs and nail trimmers , but I use the miracle coat brushes. I gave the hard slicker for long haired dogs and the soft slicker for getting out undercoat.
Thats how bella was woth nanook and I realized that our cat lola will attempt to play with nAnook when no one is around lol. I have to get more stuffing free toys nanook destroys em really quickly. His chuck it freisbee is holding up nicely also XD
As far as names go can someone please confirm which (if either of these) are right. Thanks in advance.
TAKAYUKI (隆行): Japanese name meaning “moving to heights.” Takayuki – “noble journey” (隆行)
I don't trust the internet and would like get an opinion from someone who actually knows the langauge. I am kinda hoping that the "moving to heights" is correct because it is similar to my family clan's motto of "Per Ardua Ad Alta" "Through difficulties to heights".
As with any kanji, there are multiple meanings, but you can safely take 'moving to heights' from these two, and yes, as a name they would be read Takayuki. Some of the meanings for these two kanji: 隆-high, pushing powerfully upward, lofty 行-go, do
I had the same problem with the name miyako but the japanese bakers by my job were kind to help me with pronunciation and confirmed there is a double meaning to miyako depending on kanji
