So... Hes 24kg, and thats really confusing for me because i thought that their lower limit is 35kg. Hes fur is much better. Hes joyfull, alltho he acts like a badass when hes around other dogs (just standing there like hes guarding others ^^ ).
Anyways i wanted to hear what you think about the weight problem.
Hes mostly eating granules (30% protein 16% fat) about 200-300g a day.
Here are some pics taken from a n95:

Are you feeling his ribs and spine through his fur?
Btw. from what age can i start giving him 1 meal a day?
Also hes left eye waters almost all the time, what could be causing this? Hes fur turned little red at the eye area(cuz of the water ofc).
When it comes to living animals, there really aren't many hard fast rules. If he's gonna grow, he will. If your vet feels fine about his weight, just keep him going at that amount of food.
My Kishu male is smaller than most of his litter mates. I worried about it at first, but now I'm just leaving it up to mother nature.
Here is an example:
In this photo Kita who at the time was 2.5 years old... was 28.4kg.
Kaeda (female JA) who was at the vet in March just shy of 14months was 21kg. I feed her twice a day 2 cups of Arcana dry food + 1/2 cup of plain yogurt every other day. From 14months to now (17months) has started to fill out.
So... is it okey to start giving him 1 bigger meal instead of multiple meals?
Brushing teeth is great, but giving raw bones and chews like bully sticks, tracheas (which do have fat on them so make sure you exercise a lot if you are using these), and tendons will also clean teeth. I think raw bones the most.
I go to a local Butcher and get them to cut a cow femur into two inch thick pieces. The joint gets cut into fours. I give these to the dogs about twice a week and I think this alone keeps their teeth clean. But I do brush as well.
