Eowyn's thread (puppy pics) - NEW pics Dec 19th
Hi guys.
I was thinking I’d start a thread for my new – and first ever – akita puppy! Eowyn was born in Poland on the 12th of September with Finigan Akitas.
By coincidence I stumbled across their puppypage while looking for a specific litter a friend told me about, though she couldn’t remember which breeder. It was not the Finigan litter, but I fell in love instantly when I looked at my Eowyn, though at that time, she was only called girl 4
I wrote to the breeder, Blanka, and we talked a lot. She told me, that she matched pup and potential owner, and does not promise any specific puppy to any person before she has evaluated the pup’s temperament and made the decision on whether the two go together. Her breeding philosophy and her whole attitude towards akitas and breeding really impressed me, and I have grown to have big respect for Blanka and her better half, Michal. As time went by, I only became more fond of girl 4, and though the other pups also were very nice, I still had a soft spot for her.
I was invited to go visit, and I accepted, and went to Poland on November 20th till November 23rd. I had a great time and Blanka and Michal made me feel very welcome and they taught me a lot, as I have previously written in my thread about the visit.
When I visited I was only confirmed in my feeling, that Eowyn was the pup for me! She is amazing and her personality is just astounding!! I really love her, it just happened like that! To my luck, Blanka has agreed to sell her to me
I can’t believe I have been so incredibly lucky!!
Anyways, I am supposed to go and pick her up in January, after which, we start our show career! Eowyn has enormous potential, and I can’t wait to get her out and about
