LA Branch Akiho Fall Picnic Photos
We had our LA Branch Fall Picnic & Puppy Practice Show at El Dorado Park in Long Beach. Three years ago, the two clubs LA Akiho and JACA were on life support. Kaeda, came from one of two Akiho registered litters in the states. The first picnic I went to had about 20 people at it. The last two picnics were 50+ and at least 20+ Japanese Akita. While Kita has been the backbone of our breeding program, in just a few months our other males are going to be of breeding age. This winter along with the JACA Official Show, we will also be hold an Official branch show complete with Akiho judge from Japan.

Stained Glass Japanese Akitas - these were auctioned off for a fundraiser.
A new red import female from Mr. Yamaguchi
This pup was from Gobo and Sakura (I'm not sure, so I need to double check)
Claire and Aaron Mathews (Kaiju Kennels) - The brindle was down to cosplay but the red not so much
More Puppies
Caught the little guy shaking his head.
Tomodachi Kita and Ayame - 6 months old.
