And I'm beyond heartbroken. She was the sweetest, kindest, most gentle dog. She never destroyed anything. Never got into trouble. Loved people of all ages. Got along with cats, dogs, puppies, kittens.

She lived to be 15 3/4 yrs old.

Im sorry. I am also amazed at her longevity- 15+ years- you were certainly blessed with a long time together with a best friend, though I am sure today it seems not long enough.

Thanks, guys. I know you understand that our dogs are more than pets. We love them with every heartbeat, every breath. I know our dogs think the sun rises and sets in our eyes, but frankly, I think it's a mirror they're looking at.
