This was stupid. I know it was. Tosca was feeling better and a little silly this afternoon. She was generously rewarded for her patience and sees the camera as a cue that snacks are coming her way.

My glasses sort of mess with her a little - the fact that my appearance changes so quickly gets to her a little. She wasn't actually frighten of the glasses, so I thought, "Why not?"

    Oh I love the scholarly Tosca! What a quick learner, too! It may be just your camera angle but I love the green eyes, too --- very pretty!

    My husband worked with our former dog Joe (it seemed like it took forever!) to be content with reading glasses on his face. Took lots of treats, but eventually Steve could put the glasses on Joe and Joe would sit and patiently wait for them to be removed. A fun, fond memory!

    Ok, so I was doing some singing and having a rather operatic evening looking for jewelry for any future performances and Tosca was sniffing at my stuff, so she was then made to join in. She didn't sing, but she did get into the spirit of it all. What does a psuedo-costume, pillows, scarves, a blanket, and shiba-tude equal? A photo session, of course.
