My name is Carlos and im new to this thing so plz be gentle to me as you are with your Shiba Kens, rightWink


Im from Dominican Republic and to tell you guys the thruth...


IM DESPERATE!!Yell


Im been looking the places i can(inside the city), but i cant find any Shiba Kens. Plz help me to get one, I feel  so lonely since my big bro left the house that i think a Shiba Inu will be a very fine companion(srry for my bad spelling)


I know every consecuences and benefits of having Shiba Ken, so, plz help me guy, a rescue dog, a breeder, anything(exept a puppy mill, ofscourse)

    Hi Carlos! Welcome to the forum!


    For Shiba Inu Breeders, I think your only choice is to have one shipped to you.  Or drive out of the city to pick one up.  It really depends on how far you want to drive or how much money you are willing to spend for shipping.  Im not sure how customs work if you were to get one out of your country though.   Im sure someone here will be able to give you more information.  Good Luck!

    I have another question:

    I can cover all the bills of a Shiba Inu with a $1000 dollar?

    With a reputable breeder, probably not. Between vet bills, adoption, transport, and fees, at least double that.

    Shipping was 250.00 for my boy (from Missouri to California).  It will probably be more since you're out of the country.  Im not sure if they will charge any taxes either.  You should try to contact a breeder and ask them if they have ever dealt with international customers and if they have, ask them for a quote for all the expenses.
