Looks like we'll be getting a pup this summer. He is coming from Connecticut. I know it's a long way (I live in California). But he is exactly what we want and I feel like I can trust this breeder. He was born on May 24, the same day as my father. We still haven't thought of a name yet. We are shooting for July 30. Here are some pics

    What a sweetie! It's nice you'll be getting him when he's a little older. We got Katsu at about 11 weeks, she was already 95% house trained and could hold it longer. Congratulations. What's the breeders name by the way?

    AAWWW, what a cutie...he was born the day after the PA eastcoast meet up, 3 days after Tetsu's b-day, and I think another shiba on this forum has the same b-day.

    I know I souldn't say this but that 2nd pic makes him look like Jabba the Hut. In a really cute cuddly way!

    Congrats Tony!

    He is definitely a cute little man, Kotomi and I can't wait to meet him -smiles-!

    I love the coloring too. He could go either way, get darker or get lighter. Still, he'll grow into a handsome young man, I know it.

    I'm so happy that you'll be getting your puppy THIS summer.

    Hey all, we just got back from vacation and look what I see in my inbox.

    We decided to name him Kagemusha. It means shadow warrior in Japanese. Kage (kah-geh) for short.

    If everything goes according to plan, he'll be here on July 30.

    Kage is an awesome name. I considered it for Koda. Maybe I just like "K" names?

    He is a beautiful pup. Looks like he's going to be a little tank.

    I heart his socks!!! And is it me or does his adorable face constantly have that "worried"look? Mine had it too as a pup.

    He does look worried! Wow, he looks so much different than the first pics as a younger pup- I probably even would have assumed it was a different dog. Can't wait to see him when he finally makes it home and starts maturing into a real little man.

    i think he has that worried look because he is being held up, or he just doesn't like his picture taken :)
