• I have been training to compete with luna my akita and the trainers stay they think she is ready for compitions and could be at beginners crufts next year! So yes if you put the work in and all ways make it fun for your dog you can!

• It turns out she just has a skin infection and the build up of dry skin made a soild lump thankfully it should be gone in 2 weeks :-). Thanks for the advice!

• Thanks for the advice! she hasnt been chewing or licking it though, she is with me all day every day i take her to work with me so i know she doesnt do that. I think it might be from all the dry skin that is through the fur but thats just a guess.

• two months later and she still wont fetch unless it takes her mood even the trainers are having difficulty with her il give it a few more months but i don think im going to get very far with retrieve lol
