Two adult Jindos in need in Texas (Austin area)

edited April 2014 in Rescue
One of my friends who volunteers with a shelter in Austin said these two Jindos came in, not to her shelter, but a regional shelter. She doesn't know anything about them except they are an owner surrender, and are older dogs. This shelter does not hold dogs as long as the one she volunteers at so, she's hoping to spread the word and get these two into a home or foster. She doesn't know much more about them, but I'll include the links to their info. below.

The female is 8.5 years old: http://www.petango.com/webservices/adoptablesearch/wsAdoptableAnimalDetails.aspx?id=22541907&css=http://www.petango.com/WebServices/adoptablesearch/css/styles.css&PopUp=true

The male is 6.5 years old: http://www.petango.com/webservices/adoptablesearch/wsAdoptableAnimalDetails.aspx?id=22541915&css=http://www.petango.com/WebServices/adoptablesearch/css/styles.css&PopUp=true

If people can help spread the word about these two, that would help, too!

  • Passed this entry to Rosalind Behenna, Two Dog Farms Jindo Rescue in Minden NV.

She is also a member of the NK Forum
  • Thanks! I passed it on to them via FB, but this will be more direct. And I also put it on the Jindo Rescue Network's fb page.
  • I was at that shelter twice not two months ago looking for a friend for my Kai! No longer in town and her new friend arrives today. Wish I knew someone locally who had the room to foster.
  • Shibamistress:

Your second link is not working for me it says:

An error occurred while processing your request.
Error details: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

I hope these two get taken care of...
  • Huh. Maybe they've changed the link. It did work, but isn't working for me either now, but I don't have another link for it.

That's the shelter's site, all the dogs. In there somewhere?
  • Huh. Looks like the male is gone, then, as he isn't listed on their overall web page (thanks for finding that, jjvanderw). I hope that's a good sign. he was younger. The female is still there....
