# Ichi turns 16 weeks old spam

Well, since October 3rd, my world has definitely been turned upside down by this little hellfire, but I wouldn't have it any other way!

Thanks for the compliments guys! It's interesting to me because when I first got him, I thought, "Crap, he's not a red, he's a sesame" (see photo 3 and 4). But then as he grew older, the black guard hairs stayed the same but became more spread out as he grew. Now he's turning more red than he is sable and it's amazing to see the coat differences (he's already blown his puppy coat). Here's a good shot of what his back looks like now (compared to what it did on the first photo and they are 2 weeks apart). BTW, the 3 Shiba's in that puppy obedience graduation shot from left to right are Nobu, Ichi, and Delilah (Nobu and Delilah are littermates). Those two are primarily the reason I joined that particular puppy obedience class. And boy did we bond. We're known as "the shiba group" in that class. Hahaha. They're about 2 weeks older than Ichi.
