If I'm exhausted from just watching the video, I can't imagine how putting on that contraption and dealing with the "poobag" is any less time consuming or cumbersome than picking it up off the ground.

LOL, I guess it's to help save time...but I think some dogs are going to have to deal with walking around with a full poobag the whole walk. Kind of made me think of this snippet:

How many times are their dogs crapping in Taiwan? Maybe, maybe if the dog was incontinent of poos.

Also, dogs aren't parade horses, and they shouldn't be wearing mini horsey poo bags eaither. That's f-d up.

Hmm... I think it's easier to just pick the poo up normal style. This would be handy for a dog that had lost control of its bowels, though.
