She always plays right by the fence as well where there is tall grass and bushes. Is there any safe, good way to get rid of ticks so that they dont come near my yard? I know she is protected, but I dont want her bringing ticks into the house so they dont get on us!

I use Maxide Professional Lawn Insect Killer - it kills Ants, Fleas, Ticks, Grubs and a few others.

I agree with Rina...We get ticks even in our suburban yards, and the first thing everyone one says it to get quails, chickens, or guinea hens. All natural lawn debugger, so you don't have to worry about poisoning your dog. You just have to find a way to keep your pups from eating the birds.
