Awww those pics are so cute!!! Im so happy for you Jamie!!! Im glad everyone in your pack seems to be getting along great! Keira is so cute! I can't believe how much she still looks like a itty bitty puppy! Kenji is very handsome too! Kangai's little ear is growing on me! She looks really cute!

Thanks guys! =) Yea, I think Keira was the runt of the litter, and is probably on the smaller size for shibas, but she sure doesnt act like it. When we go to the dog park or pets mart, shes allways the one going up to the big dogs like its nothing. Kangai maybe her size now, but not for long =)

She is really pretty! Thanx for the spam. :c) Anything interesting you have noticed about Hokkaido vs. Kai-Ken or Shiba Inu?

Ive noticed that Hokkas are VERY similar to the Kai, such as watching in high places, wining to get their way (but I think Shibas can count for that one too) she follows you everywhere, and doesnt like to not know where you are or in sight, otherwise she freaks out, she DRINKS A TON, howls but the sound they make are very diffrent from the Shiba or Kai, and I think they are more laid back then the Shibas are, I mean she loves to play, but when shes tired shes out, where as Keira could play for hours, even if shes tired. They are also EXTREMELY smart. I already taught her sit and down within a few days, and I dont even have to say sit anymore, I just give her the finger...lol, pointing finger that is. ;-)

wow... cool... can you try to record her noises? I would love to hear them... Actually can you just bring to my house and drop her off?... I'll give her back. lol Really tho, that's interesting she is similar to a Kai, I guess that is her more primitive nature. Does she play rough?

Great that you can compare her with other japanese breeds like Kai. From our (european) experiences we could only compare hokkaidos with shiba or akita. Yes, indeed they drink a lot of water - our japanese friend has confirmed it, she said that this due that hokkaidos have much more fur than other japanese breeds. She is small, like two years child :) wait till she will be 12 months old - you will get dog with ADHD. Kiba and JaJa are undestroyable, whole day they are running near fences looking for something interesting. Shiba and siberian alre sleeping well and hokkas are running around them :) Great pictures by the way!!! I want more of course! :)
