Now that Lani is more stable from her Thyroid meds. we are trying to get her out and socialized as much as possible. She did really well and really seemed to enjoy it. Fuji on the other hand... Well she enjoyed it a bit too much. She still kinda smells tho. :oT Ahi, Kona and Lani also got baths. Ahi really needed it, she felt rough to the touch from rolling in the mud. Another fantastic hiking trail, and sounds like, on the whole, everyone had a fun time! Thanks for sharing all the pics, including poo-face (TMI?), beautiful ladies, and the great shots of doggies looking in and out through the various windows. Love the "Halloweeny-type" pic of Kona on the stairs... it is so hard to get a good "face" pic of a black dog! Showering Josephine has become a regular part of the ritual after going to the dog park... too much doggie slobber, mud, "stickers" from the fall plants, etc. We always notice that her fur is soft and fluffy afterwards... She loves the post-shower rubdown with the towel, so seems to tolerate the shower part of it because she knows what's coming next. It reminds me, Nola rubbed around in some rabbit poo the other week and smelled awful. She got a bath for that one! The sunset pictures are just stunning.
