# Crate Size

I need to get Zoie her own Crate she'll be growing out of Harleys soon. What size do you reccomend?

For our Akita we use these: http://www.petsmart.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2753728 We use the 48" x 30" x 33 size, even Hilo, he is almost 2 years old, feels comfortable enough with that size to go right in. You may also want to consider just building a pen, Akita do REALLY well in them: Romi's "Play Pen" DIY Thread We used to only use pens for the Akita but due to space we had to change to the larger crates mentioned above.
