Jazz was fine when we first got to the park, but then 2 Leonbergers came in and, apparently, that ticked her majesty off. She did get down a couple of times and even jumped down once, but she spent most of the time in my lap. It was great to see Chad & Rachael - I'll miss them & Niko and Sasha when they move north. Elijah is growing like a weed. Lucy & Joey looked great - Lucy's ear didn't look near as bad as I imagined. Amber (akobelt) was also there with 2 of her dogs. It was a small group today - mainly because everywhere else in town it was raining - just not at the dog park. I wish we had a bigger turnout, but with the weather, that's the way it goes. I was walking up to the park and did a double take. The first thought that popped into my head was "Holy sh&%, what are Luytiy and Masha doing here!?!?!?" In addition to our Shiba meetup, there was a Husky meetup and also a Rat Terrier meetup in the small dog area. It will probably take me a day or so to work through my photos, but they'll be up soon. Lucy and Joey are dead to the world right now. I took them on a doggy play date last night where I BBQed with some friends. Joey met his new BFF, a 4.5 month old ACD named Dewie.
