Hi Brad,

Any chance there is a setting in the forum that when someone posts a link and you click on it, the link opens in a new window? This is one of the only forums that I visit where the links open in the same window and I am constantly forgetting and closing the link, only to realize that I closed the forum too.

 Just a question...

You can always right click on the link and choose to open it in a new window, if Brad cannot change the formating.

Thanks Brandon. That is a good idea...if I can remember to do it! :-). I am so used to links opening in a new window that it might be hard to teach an old dog "new tricks" (and I am older than most of you on here!)

I'll have to look into that - I really think it's more of a setting for the Wysiwyg editor that we type our messages into - it is not really related to the core forum application.

I'll check and get back you to - might be a setting I can change in a config file.

Also, if you use tabbed browsing in firefox (and possibly other browsers too, but I'm not sure) you can right click in the tab area and select "undo close tab" to get it back.
