It was so gorgeous out today so we decided to take the kids to the park. We spent almost 2 hours walking around Central Park and then we headed to the dog run. Mookie had fun playing with some dogs and tennis balls while Miss Penny remained pretty low key as usual. They were both pretty tired by the time we got there but still managed to play a little. Hello, friend! Mookie's friend is not pleased that he would rather play with the ball. My ball!! OMG!!! They have balls too, Mom! This is Scout. We were being all cute nose to nose, but I moved so Momma couldn't capture evidence. HA! I'm sneaky! Miss Penny and Scout say, "Talk to the butt!" "What do you mean, lazy sit??" I spy Miss Penny! "Am I cute??" Pretty boy found his spot in the sun. That tennis ball never stood a chance. I swear Penny was there too and had fun, she is just a little camera shy :)

Looks like you all had a WONDERFUL time! I'm hoping that I'll be able to take Honey back to the dog park soon. The last few times haven't ended well. :(

Mookie is such a handsome dude! Looks like he really enjoys his park time! And Miss Penny - she is such a great little addition! She really looks like a former foster of mine... are you going to the PA meetup? I hope my former foster is, too. I want a side by side comparison!

Thanks for the comments! Mookie appreciated them. His ego can never get too big. LOL Joe/Dawn- He IS named after Mookie Wilson!! Go Mets! :) Jen- We will be at the meetup in PA. I hope we can meet Miss Penny's look-a-like, and you too of course! Casey- You guys are lucky to have a yard though. I'm always so jealous of Bella and Nola yard spam. Our pups would go crazy to have a yard!
