Other dogs too of course but Shiba's are psycho! We buy 2 of things KNOWING that it will still not matter. The funny thing is that Belle usually doesn't care for toys... unless there's food involved. But they always want what the other one has. Even if they have the same thing. With treats, Bella will gobble hers up and then try and take Nola's. Aside from the obvious cuteness (especially when she looks up at you with that forlorn expression asking for help), the status relationship between the two of them was fascinating to watch. I was just telling James the other day that it's SO weird to think that Keiko couldn't get on the couch at one point and that's how Belle would get away from her when she was done playing!! Now Belle just finds a place Keiko can't fit into lol :o) They are quite the pair... I never thought I would be able to 'tell' when dogs liked each other, but I know these two are best friends and co-conspirators :o) It is super cute that Keiko is submissive to Belle, even though she's about three times bigger now. ## Sangmort (moderator) · 2008-12-21T04:34:30.000Z I love seeing all the forum pups grow up! Today I saw the couple with Jimmy on a walk... and I was SO happy to see that they adopted an adult black and tan - he's SO cute and friendly, but both of them are about twice the size of my peanut. Mika squeaks a litt;e fuzzy santa she has repeatedly like that when she finds the right spot. I think she filled out some then went back down to a normal looking dog size. Females tend to be smaller than males, anf there are so many size differences amongst shiba nowadays, I'd be surprised if she got bigger / taller.
