Beth and Tom were nice enough to stop by with Tetsu and Tikaani in tow. We all had a lot of fun and learned a little something about our "laid back" diva. When it comes to other dogs in the house Katsu is a total brat. It was drizzling a little when they came here so we tried to introduce the dogs outside. After a few minutes when the rain started to get heavier we went inside. Katsu immediatley started snarling and barking, and screaming. We all hung out in the living room for a while, Katsu calmed down enough to actually lay down and put her head on Tikaani's leg and use it like a pillow. She was fine until he had the "audacity" to look at her. Then straight back to the snarkies. After it cleared up we took them all to the little dog run at our co op. We were worried at first but they started playing right away. Now they were all best friends. They were running and digging and having a great time. All was well. We went back in for lunch, and she was fine until she saw Tetsu grab one of her toys then straight back to I'm a snarky diva mode. All in all it was a really fun time, even if our girl was being a brat. Tetsu and Tikaani are great dogs and Tom and Beth are a lot of fun to hang out with. We're definately going to do it again, hopefully she'll be a little better. Looks like we have some training to do with her. Mucho spamo to follow. ## Calia · 2009-05-02T23:40:36.000Z Today's playdate was so much fun, and this time I remembered to bring the camera. Joe and Dawn were so great to hang out with. And Katsu, even though she was a little terror inside to the guys, she was such a doll when it came to my "abuse". Definitely something we should do again, it was so much fun!! Most of these pics are of Tikaani playing with Katsu, he was in a more playful mood while Tetsu mostly hung out under the bench. Those benches had later become a resting place between breathes. This one I just thought was so weird, almost looks like Tom was trying to hit Katsu, when he's actually throwing the ball towards Tikaani. He adjusts the style with what is ok with the other dog. With Tetsu he's all rough and dragging him around, but when he was playing with Katsu he was a lot gentler and less mouthy.
