Fortunately, he was able to overcome all those fears quickly using treats on our walks. Anyway, his latest fear got my mind working overtime. Hope you enjoy.... Shy Shiba Blues Key of F What is that strange thing movin 'cross the street? Oh my! It's a little green leaf What is that big blue thing with a lid for a head?! Just a trash can, but still I do dread Don't ask me why I fear so many things Hey I'm a Shiba, and to fear I must cling What is that shiny thing hidden in your hand A nail clipper? For that I won't stand Spread eagle as I'm dragged past that sewer grate What are your thinking as my pupils dilate? Bet you're thinking what kind of dog can I be. On no it's water, a puddle, how deep? Now I remember that old witch from Oz. She melted from that water, so help out my cause. Don't know what makes me so timid and afraid Hey I'm a Shiba, is there more to be said? You say I look like a little red fox. You say you like my front white socks Now we all know that foxes are sly, But they’re also quite a bit shy. Alas, I have the opposite problem. The LaikaTrio is obsessed with culverts and sewer drains. They discovered a cat in one ONCE. Ever since, ALL sewers and culverts MUST be checked (who says dogs don't generalize well?!?) The official neighborhood culvert security team! I thought that would be my first post, but that resonator guitar is so loud it drowns out my voice -- not a bad thing I guess. ; ). So I need a mike. Once I pick one up, I'll give it a go. All I have is just my video camera. Very unsophisticated set-up. Never even thought I'd ever record myself and post a video. But I figured, what the hell.
