Even though he's not a shiba, Tikaani loves crickets. My previous dog did that. Went through the bathroom trash and chewed on used pads. Not the cutest thing to come home to. My cat I have now digs through the bathroom trash for used q-tips and chews on them and then bats them around the house. Toby has been into waaay too many things. The worst was my friend Kates chihuahua/shiba mix. He eats things so fast that often she only knows what he has eaten on the way out. Honey LOVES to try to eat as many as she can on our walks. But since we changed over to the harness it's gotten better. She also loves to eat the empty toilet paper roll. Beebe eats dead stuff, I can't tell exactly what. They have bothed snacked on mercury glass thermometers and rat poison. [ & Jess, please tell me the condom wasn't used either! ] No doggies here, but the Iguana likes to attempt to eat the carpet, One of my cockatiels has eaten a part of my coffee table, & I caught the kitten eating one of the bird's feathers. He pooped out a wrapper first. Less unusual, but one of the reasons I have a gate on my upstairs is cat poop. Moto and Piglet were the worst. I have had more than one incident of waking up to what started as sweet puppy kisses until I smelled cat poop on their breath and would see chunks of cat litter on their noses. The last straw was when Moto essentially had a Fresh Step poop. Dogs down stairs, cats up. Toby had a few snacks from the litter box as a puppy. ;) And plastic kitty poop bags. My parents never used scoop the cat's litter when he was younger. I remember one time I had a whole baggie full of poop ( must've been 2+ weeks full of crap ). I completely forgot the strangest thing Bella has ever... um... pooped out until Jess mentioned Fresh Step poop... I went to visit my mom and brought Bella down with me, we went for a walk where Bella had her evening constitutional... I was about 10 feet away from her and noticed that her poop was really odd looking... it looked almost yellow. I walked over, and she was pooping out BIRD SEED. She had apparently gotten into the bird seed at my house that the squirrels knocked out of the feeders. As a result she wasn't allowed in the bathroom, ever. Jack LOVES to stick his head in the litter box and snack on cat poop.
