# Any experiences with Wellness Core food?

I'm going to switch Mylie from Merrick to Wellness slowly over the next week or so. Every place within 50 miles has stopped carrying her puppy plate! I've been having such a hard time finding it. So I figure Wellness is a little bit better food, and easy to find locally.

we like the wellness core b/c it has a good protein level, awesome ingredients and is grain free. The dogs love it too. We were doing am core and pm raw for a while before going all raw, then started doing some home cooking but we always kept the bag of core around just in case. Tsuki is back to eating Core until we can figure out a balanced home cooked system. I think it is great food.

I haven't used this food myself, but Wellness makes great foods all around.

Toby did fine on his short time on Wellness. :) I think he liked it a lot. Now hes transitioning to Orijen.

Well I just went out on a shopping spree for Mylie. I brought home some organic nylabone brand puppy treats, a new plush toy, and a bag of Wellness puppy food. I let her try some of the food, she loved it! Then I gave her a treat... ALL SHE WANTS IS THE FOOD! So I put a small amount in her dish, and watched her abandon the treat for some Wellness goodness.

Thats great! Wellness is really good. I think that will be the next food I switch my dogs to.
