... i'm not legal ( well, legal to drink. I am technically 'legal' in everything else ), aaand I only drink water! :) sooo, yaaay!

You only drink water? Nothing else?

I went through a phase where I only drank water, but now I drink tea... and the occasional beer.

90% of what I drink is water. I hate soda, but I do drink 1 cup of tea and 1 cup of espresso every day.
  • edited November -1
Yup. Only water. Thats it. I occasionally drink like fruit juice or something, but its been over a year since i've had a soda. Soda makes my stomach hurt. But yeah, 8 or so bottles of water a day. :)
  • edited November -1
I hope you are refilling the same bottle!

I drink a lot of water too, but when i need some flavor I drink iced Tea.... you should try that too, if you ever want some flavor.

    I never drink soda.

That's cool tho! Very healthy of you.  :c)

When you guys say only water, does that mean you don't have any milk? I don't think I could do without milk. Milk is very likely my favourite drink.
  • edited November -1
Really? I am not a fan of milk... I never have been.
  • edited November -1
I drink a lot of milk, if you don't in Wisconsin, your car gets firebombed.

LOL!!  I don't drink milk, never really have.  I don't like the taste.  I'll eat cereal and then give the milk to the outside cats.  In the South, the law is that you must drink Iced Tea, preferably syrupy sweet - I walk a fine line on that - I do decaf tea with sacchrin (most people ask me if I'm sure I'm a native).

I drink my tea unsweet or lightly sweetened with raw sugar. I usually have green or white tea... so the caffeine is not an issue.

Oh man sweet tea.  When it's so sweet that your teeth hurt, it's just right.

The only time I use any "sugar substitutes" is when I get unsweetened iced tea at a restaurant.  Sugar doesn't dissolve in cold liquid, just sinks, those fake ones dissolve much better.

My husband makes the BEST sweet tea - it's loaded with so much sugar that it's like drinking glucose :) We call it black tea in our house because we don't add any water to brewed tea.... Although, I worked as a waitress at this cafe in SC and the southern way to make tea there is to brew the tea and in a separate container, dissolve the sugar in hot water, then add the tea to the sugar water, add ice cubes and voila! :D

Rui-Milk...eeeewww I literally have not consumed a single dairy product in 20 years.
  • edited November -1
I don't think I would function without dairy, hehehe. I LOVE cheese and milk and liquid yogurt are always in the fridge. A few years ago, my mom would even buy milk from a small cow farm close by and then she would skim it and make the butter we ate. That was the best milk and butter I have ever had.

I'm down with butter, but milk and I don't really see eye to eye. I like juices and the occasional soda. I used to absolutely love coffee but I had to quit due to migraines. I now drink tea on occasion, usually decaf but not always. My latest habit is actually pretty bad...I've been drinking a lot of Minute Maid sugar free orangade. It's bad, I know. But somehow it quenches my thirst like nothing else right now. And of course there's the booze which I haven't had any time to enjoy over the past few weeks.

Milk and I have a love/hate relationship. I love it but my body reacts horribly to it. Doesn't keep me from consuming them though.

Hmm. Well, I do drink milk sometimes, but usually only Lactaid Milk stuff. Its missing the Lactose in it. If I don't and I have too much milk, my stomach gets incredibly upset and I don't like it very much. While I could drink all the water I could ever want and i'd never get a stomach ache. :) Soda makes me sick, and juices/tea leave a gross taste in my mouth. I don't know ... I just think that water is totally cool and i'm too cheap to go out and buy myself extra crap to drink.

Not only that, but I don't consider milk much of a drink. I only use it with my Special K cereal. ... mmm. I don't just drink it plain in a glass. :D

Soda and Orange Juice for me :)
  • edited November -1
I used to LOVE milk and that was all I drank until....14 when I developed an intolerance for dairy. Or perhaps I always
was intolerant, but just pushed through the pain. After that....always water. I can still eat cheese, but not so much. Cheese has less lactic acid in it, according to my nutritionist. I LOVE cheese. Mmmmmmmm.

    How awesome :D

I'm pretty sure at least 50 of those were me asking stupid questions :x ~
  • edited November -1
There are no stupid questions :oP

I usually tell my students... the only stupid thing you could do is NOT ask a question!

Evan...you are the type of teacher that was reason why I made Straight A's in school. A teacher told me that when I was young, & as such, when I did not understand something in class...I interrogated the teacher until did understand :p Good for me, but I think I gave my teachers a sizable head ache lol

Now that I think about it...I do this to my managers at work. :) ~
