Hello all!
I am trying to be a good nihon ken lover again and join the life of the living...but I have 11 pages to catch up on!!
We are all doing well. I am just about 20 weeks pregnant and should know Friday if baby has a hot dog or cheeseburger. : D
I have been at my new job for 3 months and love love love love it! Amazing company and able to work with amazing foster families (many of my kids have shaken baby and it is truly horrible).
Chad is still waiting for a union contract for his job for stability but it is getting closer (maybe a pay raise=akita????).
Now to the best part...the puppies!! They are as crazy as ever. Sasha is doing amazing and getting younger and younger by the day. I think we have finally reached her goal weight of 55 pounds (from 70+ when we got her) and she is actually playing with Chad now and not hiding in fear for a week after him trying to play with her. I think that she is going to be very very protective of the baby. Now Niko may tell you that you should report us to the SPCA because she acts like we starve her but the vet wants her to be underweight because of LP. Plus Chad gives her so much crap when he is home that when he is gone she is eating less. He is working on that. Niko is as spunky as ever and the joy of anyone who meets her. Daycare called her a mad woman, getting crazy and getting all the other dogs going.
Now my cat on the other hand!!! Lawd today...anyone want her?? She knows something is going on with me and wont leave me alone. She has to be at my side at all times, and she is abusive! She hits me if I dont pet her...LOL
Ok, I think that is enough boredom for you all.
Missed all my loved ones here!! I promise to try and be back and as snarky as ever!!

Glad to hear you love the job. I don't know how you handle all the 'stuff' that must come across your desk...especially 20 weeks prego.
If Sasha is a rott-mix I deffinitely think she'll be super-baby-protective. All of the rotties I've know were all protective of the children. [ when I was a kid, one rottie tried to pull my 1 year old sister out of my mother's lap by the leg [ though gently, not even teeth marks, but tons of drool! ]
Hope your pregnancy is going well! ~
Told Chad we need to talk to the baby to make sure we get a good potty shot on Friday, I gross him out so much.
Hey Barbara! Pregnancy is overall great. Still have morning sickness and BAD heartburn and reflux. Who knew that heart burn can make your back hurt! We have Isabella Rose for a girl and Elijah John for a boy-we think (John is my g-pa's name).
Our 13 week u/s looked like a boy so we will see if he lost his penis...
hehehe!
I can handle my job by knowing they are now in a good home and getting more than they will ever need. They are such amazing children! And the people who selflessly (most of them) who chose to care for them no matter what are awesome!
Tell "The Chad" we say Hi. )
Nice for you to stop by!

Good to see you back around here!
Ad glad to know everything is going well with the pregnancy.
